1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online store “Floya Skin” by consumers.
2. Contractual Partner

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation by email.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout. Prices do not include VAT, as the seller is not subject to VAT according to Swiss law. Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.
5. Delivery
We ship internationally. Products are shipped via dropshipping directly from our production or fulfillment partners, which may be located outside Switzerland. Delivery times typically range from 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination.
Customs duties, import taxes or additional fees may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Payment
Payment is available via Shopify Payments and PayPal. Additional payment methods may be offered in the future.
7. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Returns and Refunds
Information regarding returns and refunds can be found in our separate Returns Policy. There is no automatic statutory right of withdrawal outside of applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply insofar as required by applicable law.
10. Liability
We are liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. In cases of minor negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable damages.
11. Governing Law
Swiss law shall apply, excluding conflict of law provisions, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's country of residence prevail.
