Refund & Returns Policy

Floya Skin is a brand operated by a private individual based in Switzerland. As an international online store, we are not subject to a general statutory right of withdrawal unless required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

2. Voluntary Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we may accept return requests on a voluntary basis within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

3. Conditions for Returns

Returned items must:

  • be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • not show any signs of use or damage
  • be suitable for resale for hygiene reasons

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at info@floya-skin.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

7. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographic evidence. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or offer a replacement or refund.
